Ingredients:
- 10 mid-joint chicken wings
- 1 tablespoon cooking wine
- 3 slices of ginger
- Sufficient amount of premium drunken braising sauce
Instructions:
- Prepare the ingredients.
- Clean the chicken wings thoroughly and use a toothpick to poke small holes for better flavor absorption.
- Place the chicken wings in cold water in a pot. Add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine and 4 slices of ginger. Bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer on medium heat until a chopstick can easily pierce the wings.
- Remove the cooked chicken wings, drain them, and then immerse them in cold water with ice cubes. Remove once cooled.
- Pour the drunken braising sauce over the chicken wings, ensuring they are fully covered. Adjust the amount of sauce according to personal taste.
- Allow the wings to marinate and absorb the flavors.
