Drunken Prawns in Special Brine
Ingredients:
- Prawns, 300g
- Spring onions, 3 stalks
- Ginger slices, 4 pieces
- Premium Drunken Brine Sauce, 5 tablespoons
Instructions:
- Clean the prawns, removing the heads and feet.
- Boil water and add spring onions, ginger, Sichuan peppercorns, prawns, and cooking wine. Cook until done, removing the prawns a few minutes later than smaller ones.
- Rinse the cooked prawns in cold water, optionally adding ice cubes to improve the texture.
- Marinate the prawns in the premium drunken brine sauce overnight.
- Before serving, garnish with coriander for decoration.
