Easy Wood Ear and Enoki Mushroom Salad

Notes

Ingredients:
  • 250g Soaked Wood Ear Mushrooms
  • A handful of Enoki Mushrooms
  • 1 Carrot
  • Salt, to taste
  • 4 tablespoons of Special Stir-fry Sauce
Instructions:
  1. Thoroughly wash the soaked wood ear mushrooms. Boil them for 10 minutes, then drain and set aside.
  2. Clean the enoki mushrooms and boil for 5 minutes, then drain and set aside.
  3. Mix the mushrooms with a small amount of salt.
  4. Add blanched carrot strips to the mushroom mixture.
  5. Pour approximately 4 tablespoons of the special stir-fry sauce over the mixture.
  6. Stir well, let it sit for a while, then stir again before serving.
  7. Enjoy your refreshing and appetizing salad!
