Easy Wood Ear and Enoki Mushroom Salad
Ingredients:
- 250g Soaked Wood Ear Mushrooms
- A handful of Enoki Mushrooms
- 1 Carrot
- Salt, to taste
- 4 tablespoons of Special Stir-fry Sauce
Instructions:
- Thoroughly wash the soaked wood ear mushrooms. Boil them for 10 minutes, then drain and set aside.
- Clean the enoki mushrooms and boil for 5 minutes, then drain and set aside.
- Mix the mushrooms with a small amount of salt.
- Add blanched carrot strips to the mushroom mixture.
- Pour approximately 4 tablespoons of the special stir-fry sauce over the mixture.
- Stir well, let it sit for a while, then stir again before serving.
