Flavorful Chinese Braised Platter

Notes

Ingredients:
  • Chicken Legs: 200g
  • Chicken Feet: 200g
  • Chicken Wings: 200g
  • Pork Trotters: 100g
  • Kelp Knots: 100g
  • Tofu Skin: 100g
  • Lotus Root Slices: 100g
  • Quail Eggs: 15
  • Edamame: 100g
  • Water: 1400ml
  • Ginger: 10g
  • Green Onion: 20g
  • "Tai Tai Le" Spicy Hot Braising Seasoning: 2 packets
Instructions:
  1. Clean all ingredients. Peel and slice lotus root, removing starch. Boil quail eggs for 8 minutes.
  2. Trim nails from chicken feet. Boil chicken legs and wings in cold water to remove blood, then rinse with hot water.
  3. In a separate pot, add 1400ml of water and the meats first.
  4. Add 2 packets of "Tai Tai Le" spicy hot braising seasoning. No need for additional seasoning.
  5. Cover and simmer on medium-low heat for 30 minutes, then add kelp, edamame, and other vegetables. Cover and simmer for another 10 minutes.
  6. The dish should be fragrant at this point.
  7. Serve hot, ideal for gatherings.
  8. Enjoy the mouthwatering aroma and taste!
