Flavorful Chinese Braised Platter
Ingredients:
- Chicken Legs: 200g
- Chicken Feet: 200g
- Chicken Wings: 200g
- Pork Trotters: 100g
- Kelp Knots: 100g
- Tofu Skin: 100g
- Lotus Root Slices: 100g
- Quail Eggs: 15
- Edamame: 100g
- Water: 1400ml
- Ginger: 10g
- Green Onion: 20g
- "Tai Tai Le" Spicy Hot Braising Seasoning: 2 packets
Instructions:
- Clean all ingredients. Peel and slice lotus root, removing starch. Boil quail eggs for 8 minutes.
- Trim nails from chicken feet. Boil chicken legs and wings in cold water to remove blood, then rinse with hot water.
- In a separate pot, add 1400ml of water and the meats first.
- Add 2 packets of "Tai Tai Le" spicy hot braising seasoning. No need for additional seasoning.
- Cover and simmer on medium-low heat for 30 minutes, then add kelp, edamame, and other vegetables. Cover and simmer for another 10 minutes.
- The dish should be fragrant at this point.
- Serve hot, ideal for gatherings.
