  • Pork Trotters: 100g
  • Kelp Knots: 100g
  • Tofu Skin: 100g
  • Lotus Root Slices: 100g
  • Quail Eggs: 15
  • Edamame: 100g
  • Water: 1400ml
  • Ginger: 10g
  • Green Onion: 20g
  • "Tai Tai Le" Spicy Hot Braising Seasoning: 2 packets
Instructions:
  1. Clean all ingredients. Peel and slice lotus root, removing starch. Boil quail eggs for 8 minutes.
  2. Trim nails from chicken feet. Boil chicken legs and wings in cold water to remove blood, then rinse with hot water.
  3. In a separate pot, add 1400ml of water and the meats first.
  4. Add 2 packets of "Tai Tai Le" spicy hot braising seasoning. No need for additional seasoning.
