Fresh Noodle Bowl
Ingredients:
- Dry noodles, 100g (2 liang)
- 1 sausage
- A bit of minced ginger
- A pinch of pepper powder
- Appropriate amount of fresh chicken sauce (e.g., Totole Granulated Chicken Flavor Soup Base)
- Appropriate amount of pea tips
- 1 egg
- Seasoning salt, to taste
- Green onions and cilantro, to taste
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon pork lard
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix minced ginger, pepper powder, seasoning salt, and fresh chicken sauce.
- Wash the pea tips and prepare chopped green onions and cilantro.
- Fry the egg in pork lard to make an omelette, then cut it into strips the same width as the sausage, set aside.
- Boil water in a pot. Add the noodles to a bowl with sesame oil, stir well, then cook the noodles in the boiling water, adding pea tips just before draining.
- Place the cooked noodles in a bowl, garnish with sausage and egg strips, and sprinkle green onions and cilantro on top. Serve the fragrant fresh noodle bowl.
