Fresh Noodle Bowl

Notes

Ingredients:
  • Dry noodles, 100g (2 liang)
  • 1 sausage
  • A bit of minced ginger
  • A pinch of pepper powder
  • Appropriate amount of fresh chicken sauce (e.g., Totole Granulated Chicken Flavor Soup Base)
  • Appropriate amount of pea tips
  • 1 egg
  • Seasoning salt, to taste
  • Green onions and cilantro, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon pork lard
Instructions:
  1. In a bowl, mix minced ginger, pepper powder, seasoning salt, and fresh chicken sauce.
  2. Wash the pea tips and prepare chopped green onions and cilantro.
  3. Fry the egg in pork lard to make an omelette, then cut it into strips the same width as the sausage, set aside.
  4. Boil water in a pot. Add the noodles to a bowl with sesame oil, stir well, then cook the noodles in the boiling water, adding pea tips just before draining.
  5. Place the cooked noodles in a bowl, garnish with sausage and egg strips, and sprinkle green onions and cilantro on top. Serve the fragrant fresh noodle bowl.
