Fried Ginger Rice Tea
Ingredients:
- Ginger, 1 piece
- Rice, 1 handful
- Water, as needed
Instructions:
- Slice the ginger into shreds and put it in a pan. Add a handful of rice to the pan and fry until golden brown.
- Transfer the fried ginger and rice to a health pot or teapot.
- Add 800 milliliters of water.
- Use the tea boiling mode if available.
- Pour the brewed Fried Ginger Rice Tea into a cup.
- Let it cool slightly before drinking. It's particularly good for people with a cold and damp constitution, especially during autumn and winter.
