Fried Ginger Rice Tea

Notes

Ingredients:
  • Ginger, 1 piece
  • Rice, 1 handful
  • Water, as needed
Instructions:
  1. Slice the ginger into shreds and put it in a pan. Add a handful of rice to the pan and fry until golden brown.
  2. Transfer the fried ginger and rice to a health pot or teapot.
  3. Add 800 milliliters of water.
  4. Use the tea boiling mode if available.
  5. Pour the brewed Fried Ginger Rice Tea into a cup.
  6. Let it cool slightly before drinking. It's particularly good for people with a cold and damp constitution, especially during autumn and winter.
