Fuding Pork Slice Soup

Notes

Ingredients:
  • 250g Pork (rear leg meat)
  • 7g Potato Starch
  • 50g Ice Cubes
  • 1 Coriander Root
  • 15g Crispy Garlic
  • 1/4 Sheet of Seaweed
Instructions:
  1. Cut the pork into thin slices and marinate with potato starch and ice cubes for tenderness.
  2. Chop the coriander root finely.
  3. Prepare the crispy garlic for garnishing.
  4. Cut the seaweed into small pieces.
  5. Boil water in a pot, then add the marinated pork slices and cook until done.
  6. Add the chopped coriander root and crispy garlic to the soup.
  7. Garnish with seaweed before serving.
