Ingredients:
  • Chicken wings: 1000g
  • Minced garlic: as needed
  • Soy sauce: 2 tablespoons
  • Oyster sauce: 1 tablespoon
  • Tai Tai Le banquet cooking wine: 1/2 tablespoon
  • Tai Tai Le fresh chicken juice: a small amount
  • White pepper: a pinch
  • White sugar: a pinch
  • Peanut oil: a small amount for frying
Instructions:
  1. Gather all ingredients.
  2. Cut the chicken wings in half.
  3. Add soy sauce to the wings.
  4. Add oyster sauce.
  5. Add cooking wine.
  6. Add chicken juice.
  7. Season with white pepper.
  8. Add white sugar.
  9. Mix well and marinate for 15 minutes.
  10. Peel the garlic.
  11. Crush the garlic into a paste.
  12. Heat peanut oil in a pan.
  13. Add the chicken wings and fry until golden brown on both sides.
  14. Add minced garlic and stir-fry until golden brown.
  15. Return the chicken wings to the pan.
  16. Stir-fry until evenly coated and heated through.
  17. Serve hot, garnished with extra garlic if desired.
