Garlic Radish Shrimp Recipe
Ingredients:
- 200g Shrimp
- 1/2 White Radish
- 1 bunch Vermicelli Noodles
- 1 head Garlic
- 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon White Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- Hot Oil (for the sauce)
- Green Onions (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Julienne the white radish and soak the vermicelli noodles in hot water until soft.
- Clean the shrimp, remove the heads and veins, and make a slit along the back.
- Mince the garlic and mix with oyster sauce, salt, sugar, and soy sauce to make the garlic sauce. Add hot oil to the sauce and mix well.
- Layer the white radish and vermicelli on a plate, top with shrimp, and drizzle the garlic sauce over.
- Steam for 8 minutes, then let it sit in the steamer for an additional 2 minutes. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
