Garlic Vermicelli Shrimp
Ingredients:
- 350g Shrimp (approximately 14 pieces)
- Suitable amount of Longkou Vermicelli
- 1 head of Garlic
- 1 tablespoon Garlic Chili Sauce
- 3 tablespoons Hot Oil
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
- 2g White Sugar
- A small amount of Chopped Green Onion
Instructions:
- Clean the shrimp, remove heads and shells, leaving the last tail segment.
- Make a slit in the shrimp and remove the vein. Thread the tail through the slit in the belly.
- Soak the vermicelli in warm water until soft.
- Prepare the sauce: Mix 2 tablespoons of minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of garlic chili sauce, 3 tablespoons of hot oil, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 2g of sugar, and 2 tablespoons of water.
- Arrange the softened vermicelli in a nest shape on a plate, and place the shrimp on top.
- Evenly spread the sauce over each shrimp.
- Steam for 5 minutes in boiling water, then turn off the heat and let it sit for 2 minutes without opening the lid.
- Garnish with green onions and drizzle with hot oil before serving.
