Grain-Fed Beef Stir-Fried with Chinese Yam

Ingredients:
  • Grain-fed beef (USA) 100g
  • Chinese yam 1 segment
  • Ginger, garlic, green pepper to taste
  • Peanut oil 20g
  • Scallion, ginger, cooking wine 5g
  • Satay sauce 1 spoon
  • Oyster sauce 1 spoon
  • Cornstarch a small amount
  • Sugar a small amount
Instructions:
  1. Prepare the ingredients: slice the Chinese yam and soak in water to prevent oxidation. Slice the grain-fed beef and marinate with ginger, scallion, cooking wine, satay sauce, a bit of sugar, and cornstarch. Finally, add a spoon of peanut oil and marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. Slice the green pepper and onion for garnishing.
  3. Boil water and blanch the yam slices for 3 minutes, then rinse with cold water.
  4. Heat a wok and add a spoon of peanut oil.
  5. Once the oil is hot, add ginger and garlic slices, quickly stir-frying to release the aroma.
  6. Add the marinated beef slices and stir-fry quickly.
  7. Add the yam slices and continue to stir-fry quickly.
  8. Add onion and green pepper slices, stir-frying until everything is evenly cooked.
  9. Season with a little oyster sauce, adjust the flavor to your taste, and quickly stir-fry before serving.
  10. Enjoy the tender beef without any gaminess!
