  • Lotus Leaf: 2 grams
  • Lion's Mane Mushroom: 2 grams
  • Red Yeast Rice: 2 grams
  • Chrysanthemum Fetalis: 3 grams
  • Salvia Miltiorrhiza: 2 grams
  • Yuzhu (Solomon's Seal): 2 grams
  • Burdock Root: 2 grams
  • Gynostemma Pentaphyllum: 2 grams
  • Hawthorn: 2 grams
Instructions:
  1. Prepare the ingredients as per the given base multiplier, which can be increased to make 50 or 100 times the amount.
  2. Gather all the ingredients, which can be sourced online or from a large pharmacy.
  3. Use a grinder to turn all the ingredients into a fine powder and mix them evenly.
  4. Fill non-woven fabric bags with 12 grams of the mixture each.
  5. Cover each bag with an aluminum-plastic bag for moisture and water resistance, ideal for travel.
  6. Seal both layers properly with a sealing machine.
  7. Use one bag per day by brewing it repeatedly with hot water.
