Homemade Steamed Cod Fish with Aromatic Seasonings

Ingredients:
  • Norwegian Arctic cod: 1 bag
  • Hot oil: 1 tablespoon
  • Green onion strips: as needed
  • Red pepper strips: as needed
  • White blanching sauce: 1 tablespoon
  • Cooking wine: 1 tablespoon
  • White pepper powder: 1 gram
  • Green onion and ginger: as needed
Instructions:
  1. Thaw the cod fish.
  2. Marinate the fish with white pepper powder, cooking wine, green onion, and ginger for 10 minutes.
  3. Steam the fish for 5 minutes in boiling water, then remove the fish soup and green onion-ginger mixture.
  4. Add fresh green onion strips and red pepper strips to the fish.
  5. Pour hot oil over the fish.
  6. Add white blanching sauce or steamed fish soy sauce.
  7. Serve the finished dish.
