Homemade Steamed Cod Fish with Aromatic Seasonings
Ingredients:
- Norwegian Arctic cod: 1 bag
- Hot oil: 1 tablespoon
- Green onion strips: as needed
- Red pepper strips: as needed
- White blanching sauce: 1 tablespoon
- Cooking wine: 1 tablespoon
- White pepper powder: 1 gram
- Green onion and ginger: as needed
Instructions:
- Thaw the cod fish.
- Marinate the fish with white pepper powder, cooking wine, green onion, and ginger for 10 minutes.
- Steam the fish for 5 minutes in boiling water, then remove the fish soup and green onion-ginger mixture.
- Add fresh green onion strips and red pepper strips to the fish.
- Pour hot oil over the fish.
- Add white blanching sauce or steamed fish soy sauce.
- Serve the finished dish.
