Marinated Drunken Prawns

Notes

Ingredients:
  • 350ml Premium Drunken Marinade Sauce
  • 500g Prawns
  • 1 Xiaomila Chili
Instructions:
  1. Prepare all ingredients.
  2. Clean the prawns, then boil them in water with a dash of cooking wine for five to six minutes on high heat.
  3. Remove the prawns, rinse them in cold water, and place them in a dish with the Xiaomila chili.
  4. Pour the premium drunken marinade sauce over the prawns, just enough to cover them. Refrigerate for half an hour.
  5. Arrange the prawns on a serving plate and garnish as desired.
  6. Enjoy the prawns, savoring the flavors absorbed from the sauce.
