Marinated Drunken Seafood with Special Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
  • Fresh Prawns: 4 pieces
  • Special Drunken Marinade Sauce: 150g
  • Corn: 1 ear
  • Clams: 150g
Instructions:
  1. Prepare all the ingredients.
  2. Cut the cooked corn into chunks.
  3. Steam the clams and prawns with ginger slices for 15 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool.
  5. Place in a deep bowl.
  6. Add the special drunken marinade sauce.
  7. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for about 3 hours.
  8. Midway through, stir the mixture.
  9. Enjoy your delicious marinated drunken seafood.
