Norwegian Arctic Cod Mini Wontons

Notes

Ingredients:
  • Norwegian Arctic Cod: 50g
  • Ground meat: 50g
  • Mini wonton wrappers: 20
  • Egg: 1
  • Green onion and ginger, cooking wine: A small amount
  • Baby soy sauce: A small amount
  • Green onion: 1 stalk
  • Peanut oil: 5g
Instructions:
  1. Prepare a finished product photo.
  2. Prepare ingredients, grind the meat using a food processor.
  3. Clean and finely chop the Norwegian Arctic Cod.
  4. Mix the chopped cod and ground meat together.
  5. Add a little green onion, ginger, and cooking wine. Stir well, then add an egg white and mix.
  6. Add a little baby soy sauce or a pinch of salt and stir well.
  7. Wrap the mixture into small wontons using your usual method.
  8. Heat a pan and add a little peanut oil.
  9. Once the oil is hot, pour in the mixed egg yolk and quickly spread to form an egg skin. Remove when set.
  10. Boil water in a pot and add the wontons.
  11. After the water boils, add a spoonful of cold water and bring to a boil again.
  12. Cook for about 3 minutes until done, then turn off the heat.
  13. Remove the wontons from the pot.
  14. Garnish with egg yolk strands and a little chopped green onion.
  15. Add a little baby soy sauce if desired.
  16. Serve and enjoy!
