Norwegian Arctic Cod Mini Wontons
Ingredients:
- Norwegian Arctic Cod: 50g
- Ground meat: 50g
- Mini wonton wrappers: 20
- Egg: 1
- Green onion and ginger, cooking wine: A small amount
- Baby soy sauce: A small amount
- Green onion: 1 stalk
- Peanut oil: 5g
Instructions:
- Prepare a finished product photo.
- Prepare ingredients, grind the meat using a food processor.
- Clean and finely chop the Norwegian Arctic Cod.
- Mix the chopped cod and ground meat together.
- Add a little green onion, ginger, and cooking wine. Stir well, then add an egg white and mix.
- Add a little baby soy sauce or a pinch of salt and stir well.
- Wrap the mixture into small wontons using your usual method.
- Heat a pan and add a little peanut oil.
- Once the oil is hot, pour in the mixed egg yolk and quickly spread to form an egg skin. Remove when set.
- Boil water in a pot and add the wontons.
- After the water boils, add a spoonful of cold water and bring to a boil again.
- Cook for about 3 minutes until done, then turn off the heat.
- Remove the wontons from the pot.
- Garnish with egg yolk strands and a little chopped green onion.
- Add a little baby soy sauce if desired.
- Serve and enjoy!
