Norwegian Arctic Cod Porridge

Notes

Ingredients:
  • Norwegian Arctic Cod: 1/2 fillet
  • Ginger (julienned): 10g
  • Corn: 20g
  • Carrot: 20g
  • Rice: 1/2 cup
  • Lemon juice: a few drops
  • Water: as needed
  • Cooking oil: a small amount
  • Salt: to taste
Instructions:
  1. Mix rice and water to cook plain porridge.
  2. Prepare the cod: clean and slice half of the cod fillet.
  3. Marinate cod slices with lemon juice, salt, and julienned ginger for over 10 minutes.
  4. Prepare corn and diced carrots.
  5. Pour the cooked plain porridge into a pot.
  6. Add corn and carrot, cook with a little oil until the corn is tender.
  7. Add cod slices and cook for three minutes.
  8. Season with a bit of salt.
  9. Serve the porridge.
