Norwegian Arctic Cod Soup

Notes

Ingredients:
  • Norwegian Arctic Cod: 1 piece
  • Button Mushrooms: 7 pieces
  • Shrimp: 10 pieces
  • Cherry Tomatoes: 5 pieces
  • Onion: 1/3 piece
  • Cornstarch: a small amount
  • Rose Salt: to taste
  • Crushed Black Pepper: to taste
  • Rosemary: a pinch
  • Olive Oil: as needed
  • Water: as needed
Instructions:
  1. Clean and remove the stems of the button mushrooms, and sauté them in olive oil until they release their juice.
  2. Sauté the onion until soft and fragrant.
  3. Add the cherry tomatoes and cook until they release their juice.
  4. Add sufficient boiling water to the pot.
  5. Season with rose salt, crushed black pepper, and rosemary.
  6. After thawing the cod, coat it lightly with cornstarch and sauté it before adding to the soup.
  7. Add the shrimp to the soup two minutes before removing it from the heat.
  8. Enjoy the delicious and nutritious soup!
