Norwegian Arctic Cod Spinach Dumpling Soup

Notes

Ingredients:
  • Norwegian Arctic Cod: 1 piece
  • Flour: 50 grams
  • Spinach: 100 grams
  • Oil: a small amount
  • Salt: a pinch
  • Lemon: 2 slices
Instructions:
  1. Prepare all ingredients.
  2. Defrost the cod and cut into small pieces. Marinate with lemon for 10 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, mix flour with water gradually to form small, even dumplings.
  4. Blanch spinach for 30 seconds, cool in water, and squeeze out the water.
  5. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the chopped spinach.
  6. Add hot water to the pan and bring to a boil. Gradually add dumplings to avoid clumping, stirring continuously.
  7. Add the cod and a pinch of salt, cook until done. Stir in chopped green onions before serving.
  8. Enjoy your nutritious and delicious soup!
