Norwegian Arctic Cod Spinach Dumpling Soup
Ingredients:
- Norwegian Arctic Cod: 1 piece
- Flour: 50 grams
- Spinach: 100 grams
- Oil: a small amount
- Salt: a pinch
- Lemon: 2 slices
Instructions:
- Prepare all ingredients.
- Defrost the cod and cut into small pieces. Marinate with lemon for 10 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix flour with water gradually to form small, even dumplings.
- Blanch spinach for 30 seconds, cool in water, and squeeze out the water.
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté the chopped spinach.
- Add hot water to the pan and bring to a boil. Gradually add dumplings to avoid clumping, stirring continuously.
- Add the cod and a pinch of salt, cook until done. Stir in chopped green onions before serving.
