Norwegian Arctic Cod with Tomato Basil Sauce

Notes

Ingredients:
  • Norwegian Arctic cod: 1 piece
  • Cherry tomatoes: 15
  • Lemon: 1/2
  • Black pepper: 2g
  • Sea salt: 3g
  • Sugar: 2g
  • Tomato basil sauce
Instructions:
  1. Marinate the cod in advance with sea salt and black pepper.
  2. Sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add cherry tomatoes to the pan.
  4. Stir in basil, lemon juice, lemon zest, sugar, white wine, and sea salt. Cook until the tomatoes are soft.
  5. Pan-fry the marinated cod until cooked through.
  6. Pour the tomato basil sauce over the cod and simmer for three minutes.
  7. Enjoy the delicious and aromatic dish!
