Norwegian Cod Bun Soak
Ingredients:
- Norwegian Arctic Cod: 200g
- Baby Soy Sauce: 1 tablespoon
- Sesame Oil: 3 drops
- Squid, minced: 1 handful
- Egg: 1
- Bun (Mantou): 1
Instructions:
- Prepare all ingredients.
- Cut the bun into small pieces.
- Cut the Norwegian cod into small pieces.
- Pan-fry the cod until cooked.
- Boil water and add the bun pieces and egg.
- Add the minced squid.
- Bring to a boil.
- Add the cooked Norwegian cod, soy sauce, and sesame oil, then remove from heat.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
