Norwegian Cod Rice Balls
Ingredients:
- Norwegian Arctic Cod: 200g
- Rice: 1 bowl
- Baby Soy Sauce: 1 spoon
- Sesame Oil: 3 drops
- Squid Powder: 1 handful
- Bean Curd Skin: as needed
- Cilantro Leaves: 5 pieces
Instructions:
- Defrost the Norwegian cod.
- Prepare the ingredients.
- Add squid powder.
- Cut the Norwegian cod into small pieces.
- Pan-fry the cod until cooked.
- Add the cooked cod to the mixture.
- Add cilantro leaves.
- Mix in soy sauce and sesame oil until well combined.
- Place the rice into the bean curd skin and press firmly.
- Complete the rice ball formation.
