Norwegian Cod Rice Balls

Notes

Ingredients:
  • Norwegian Arctic Cod: 200g
  • Rice: 1 bowl
  • Baby Soy Sauce: 1 spoon
  • Sesame Oil: 3 drops
  • Squid Powder: 1 handful
  • Bean Curd Skin: as needed
  • Cilantro Leaves: 5 pieces
Instructions:
  1. Defrost the Norwegian cod.
  2. Prepare the ingredients.
  3. Add squid powder.
  4. Cut the Norwegian cod into small pieces.
  5. Pan-fry the cod until cooked.
  6. Add the cooked cod to the mixture.
  7. Add cilantro leaves.
  8. Mix in soy sauce and sesame oil until well combined.
  9. Place the rice into the bean curd skin and press firmly.
  10. Complete the rice ball formation.
Nutrition:
  • High in protein from cod and soy ingredients.
  • Good source of omega-3 fatty acids from cod.
  • Contains healthy fats from sesame oil.
