Norwegian Cod with Seasonal Vegetables in Foil

Notes

Ingredients:
  • Norwegian cod - 1 piece
  • Carrot - 1 small piece
  • Radish - 1 small piece
  • Baby soy sauce - 5 grams
  • Walnut oil - 5 grams
  • Lemon juice - 1 drop
Instructions:
  1. Julienne the radish and slice the carrot.
  2. Place the radish on a piece of foil.
  3. Place the Norwegian cod on top and squeeze a drop of lemon juice over it.
  4. Add carrot and radish shreds.
  5. Wrap the ingredients with the foil.
  6. Spray some oil and pan-fry on low heat for 6 to 8 minutes.
  7. Cover with a lid.
  8. Flip it over.
  9. Once cooked, open the foil.
  10. Drizzle with baby soy sauce and walnut oil.
  11. ✅ Done ✅.
