Pan-Fried Norwegian Arctic Cod

Notes

Ingredients:
  • Norwegian Arctic Cod: 1 piece
  • Oil: 1 tablespoon
  • Asparagus: 6 stalks
  • Cherry Tomatoes: 2
Instructions:
  1. Rinse the cod under running water and pat dry with kitchen paper.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and add the cod for frying.
  3. Fry each side of the cod until golden brown.
  4. Blanch the asparagus in boiling water.
  5. Once everything is cooked, arrange on a plate and serve.
