Pan-Fried Norwegian Cod with Sesame and Green Onions
Ingredients:
- 150g Norwegian Arctic Cod
- 25g Starch
- 150ml Water
- 5g Black Sesame Seeds
- 5g Chopped Green Onions
Instructions:
- Marinate the Norwegian Arctic Cod.
- Coat the cod fish with a mixture of starch and water, then fry until both sides are golden brown.
- After frying, sprinkle with black sesame seeds and chopped green onions. Serve immediately.
