Pan-Fried Norwegian Cod with Sesame and Green Onions

Notes

Ingredients:
  • 150g Norwegian Arctic Cod
  • 25g Starch
  • 150ml Water
  • 5g Black Sesame Seeds
  • 5g Chopped Green Onions
Instructions:
  1. Marinate the Norwegian Arctic Cod.
  2. Coat the cod fish with a mixture of starch and water, then fry until both sides are golden brown.
  3. After frying, sprinkle with black sesame seeds and chopped green onions. Serve immediately.
