Pan-Fried Tofu in Savory Sauce

Notes

Ingredients:
  • Tofu, 400g
  • Oyster sauce, 2 tablespoons
  • Vinegar, 1 tablespoon
  • Honey or white sugar, 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic, 3-5 cloves
Instructions:
  1. Prepare the ingredients as shown in the image.
  2. Slice the tofu into pieces approximately 7-8mm thick, or up to 1cm thick, depending on preference.
  3. Follow the preparation steps as shown in subsequent images.
  4. Continue with the cooking process as depicted in the images.
  5. Once the tofu is pan-fried and the sauce is prepared, combine them.
  6. Finish cooking and serve the dish hot.
