Parsley and Chive Triple Delight Dumplings
Ingredients:
- 300g Ground Pork
- 200g Shrimp, minced
- Green Onions and Ginger, finely chopped, to taste
- 150g Parsley, finely chopped
- 1 bunch Chives, finely chopped
- 50 Dumpling Wrappers
- 5g Salt
- 1 tablespoon Cooking Wine (preferably Tai Tai Le brand)
- 20g Tai Tai Le Chicken Sauce
- 12g Oyster Sauce
- 5g Dark Soy Sauce with Rock Sugar
- 2 tablespoons Sichuan Peppercorn Oil
- Ground White Pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon Thirteen Spices
- 1 Egg
Instructions:
- Prepare the ground pork and minced shrimp.
- Add cooking wine to the shrimp.
- Mix in chicken sauce, pepper, salt, and oyster sauce with the shrimp.
- Stir well and marinate for 10 minutes.
- Combine pork, shrimp, salt, thirteen spices, white pepper, Sichuan peppercorn oil, dark soy sauce, and egg. Mix well.
- Add chopped chives, parsley, and green onion-ginger mixture.
- Mix the dumpling filling thoroughly.
- Roll the dumpling wrappers thinner and fill with a generous amount of filling. Fold and seal each dumpling.
- Boil water in a pot and cook the dumplings for 6 minutes after the water boils.
