Quick Chicken Broth Ramen
Ingredients:
- Tai Tai Le Fresh Chicken Juice: 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce: 1 tablespoon
- Pepper powder: 0.5 grams
- Ramen noodles: 100 grams
- Cilantro (coriander): 1 bunch
- Spinach: 2 bunches
Instructions:
- Mix soy sauce and pepper powder in a bowl. Clean the spinach and cilantro.
- Add two tablespoons of Tai Tai Le Fresh Chicken Juice to the bowl.
- Finely chop the cilantro and add it to the bowl.
- Boil water in a pot and cook the ramen noodles.
- Add spinach to the boiling water and cook until done.
- Add six tablespoons of the noodle cooking water to the bowl to dilute the chicken juice.
- Remove the cooked noodles and spinach from the pot and place them in the bowl.
- Add a bit more noodle cooking water to the bowl and stir well to mix.
