Refreshing Shanghai Green Salad

Ingredients:
  • Shanghai greens (1 pound)
  • Garlic (a few cloves)
  • Vinegar (3 tablespoons)
  • Tai Tai Le Chicken Sauce (10 grams)
  • Light soy sauce (3 tablespoons)
  • Salt (5 grams)
Instructions:
  1. Prepare all ingredients.
  2. Bring a pot of water to a boil, add the Shanghai greens and salt.
  3. Blanch for 2 minutes.
  4. Remove and place in a bowl.
  5. Add light soy sauce and vinegar.
  6. Add minced garlic.
  7. Add Tai Tai Le Chicken Sauce.
  8. Remember that Tai Tai Le Chicken Sauce is key to the flavor.
  9. Mix well.
  10. Transfer to a serving bowl.
  11. Enjoy the appetizing, crisp, and refreshing salad that cuts through greasiness!
