Salmon and Broccoli Wontons

Notes

Ingredients:
  • 200g Salmon
  • 50g Broccoli
  • 100g Pork Loin
  • 1 Egg
  • 50g Scallion and Ginger Water
  • Cornstarch, as needed
  • Black Pepper, to taste
  • Sweet Potato Flour, as needed
  • A handful of Dried Shrimp
Instructions:
  1. Finely chop the salmon and pork, then mix with a bit of scallions.
  2. Add an egg, cornstarch, sweet potato flour, and mix well. Gradually add scallion and ginger water and a handful of dried shrimp to enhance the flavor and texture.
  3. Place a small amount of filling on each wonton wrapper and fold in half.
  4. Start folding from the right side to seal the wonton.
  5. One wonton is now ready!
  6. Boil water and cook the wontons until done.
  7. After cooking, garnish with scallions, chicken sauce, chili powder, a few drops of sesame oil, and some bonito flakes for added flavor.
