Simple and Savory Steamed Cod Fish Chunks
Ingredients:
- 2 pieces of cod fish
- 1 small bowl of steamed fish soy sauce
- 1 small spoon of cooking oil
- A handful of green onion, shredded
- Half a carrot, cut into diamond shapes
Instructions:
- Prepare the cod fish by cutting it into chunks if the pieces are large. Cut the carrot into diamond shapes and shred the green onion. Set aside.
- Place the fish in a steamer with cold water. Once the water boils, steam over high heat for two minutes, then switch to low heat and steam for an additional three minutes.
- After steaming, add an appropriate amount of steamed fish soy sauce to the cod. Garnish with green onion shreds and drizzle hot cooking oil over the top.
- Note: Cod has a naturally delicious taste, so additional seasoning is not necessary.
