Sour and Spicy Clams: A Quick and Easy Delicacy
Ingredients:
- 500g Clams
- Coriander, as needed
- Onion, as needed
- Spring onions, ginger, and garlic, as needed
- 3 Thai chilies
- 1 bag Sour and Spicy Chicken Claw Sauce
Instructions:
- Add water in a pot and bring to a boil with spring onions, ginger, and cooking wine.
- Add clams that have been purged of sand. Cook until they open and then for an additional two minutes. Remove and cool in water.
- Drain the clams and mix with onion strips, Thai chilies, a spoonful of minced garlic, and a handful of chopped coriander.
- Add the sour and spicy chicken claw sauce and mix well.
- For enhanced flavor, refrigerate before serving.
