Spicy and Sour Radish: A Flavorful Delight

Ingredients:
  • 1 white radish
  • Salt, to taste
  • Brown sugar, to taste
  • Chili pepper (e.g., small millet pepper), to taste
  • Ginger slices, to taste
  • Chicken/MSG seasoning, to taste
  • Umami seasoning sauce, to taste
  • Aged vinegar, to taste
Instructions:
  1. Wash the radish and cut it into thin slices.
  2. Add salt to the radish slices to draw out water.
  3. Cut the chili peppers into segments for later use.
  4. Add brown sugar, Sichuan peppercorn, aged vinegar, and chili peppers along with the umami seasoning sauce to the radish.
  5. Mix well by hand to ensure the radish slices are evenly flavored. The spicy and sour radish is now ready to serve.
