Spicy Lemon and Passion Fruit Canadian Arctic Shrimp
Ingredients:
- Canadian Arctic shrimp, raw - 250g
- Lemons - 2
- Passion fruit - 1
- Thai bird chili - 50g
- Green onions, ginger, garlic - 10g each
- Light soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 2 tablespoons
- Sugar - 15g
- White pepper powder - 15g
- Salt - 3g
- Water - 200ml
Instructions:
- Thaw the Canadian Arctic shrimp if they are frozen. They can be cooked in various ways such as boiling, steaming, or grilling.
- Boil the shrimp with green onions and cooking wine until cooked.
- Once boiled, immediately place the shrimp in ice water to enhance their texture.
- Prepare the spicy lemon sauce: Mix onions, Thai bird chili, cilantro, passion fruit pulp, lemon slices, white sesame seeds, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, white pepper powder, salt, and water.
- Put the cooked shrimp in the sauce.
- Stir well to evenly coat the shrimp with the sauce, and serve.
