Spicy Norwegian Arctic Cod Fish Cubes
Ingredients:
- Norwegian Arctic Cod, 3 pieces
- Egg, 1
- Fresh Ginger, 1 slice
- Green Onions, 3 stalks
- Yellow Wine (Huangjiu), 1 spoon
- Crispy Meat Powder, 80g
- Chili Powder, 20g
- Vegetable Oil, 300g
Instructions:
- Prepare the ingredients.
- Beat the egg into the crispy meat powder.
- Mix the egg and crispy meat powder until it forms a paste.
- Add ginger and yellow wine to the mixture, stir well.
- Coat the cod pieces evenly with the batter.
- Heat the oil in a pan until it smokes slightly.
- Fry the cod pieces until golden brown, keeping the heat moderate.
- Remove the cod and drain excess oil.
- With minimal oil in the pan, add the fried cod back in.
- Add the spicy chili powder.
- Finally, add green onions, stir-fry evenly, and then serve.
