Steamed Pork Intestines with Rice Flour

Notes

Ingredients:
  • Rice flour for steaming meat (蒸肉米粉)
  • Oil
  • Cooked pork intestines
  • Pixian bean paste (郫县豆瓣酱)
  • Ginger slices
  • Scallions and cilantro
  • Chili oil and MSG
Instructions:
  1. Mix rice flour with cooked pork intestines.
  2. Clean the intestines thoroughly.
  3. Add Pixian bean paste, noting its saltiness.
  4. Include cold stir-fry oil.
  5. Add ginger slices and chili sauce.
  6. Prepare a small steaming basket with a steaming cloth.
  7. Place the mixture on the steaming cloth in the basket.
  8. Steam until cooked through.
  9. Finish with chopped scallions and cilantro. Optionally, add chili powder for extra spice.
