Stir-Fried Cabbage with Pork
Ingredients:
- 1 block of cooked pork
- 1 head of cabbage
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 10ml light soy sauce
- 1 green onion
- 3 slices of ginger
- 1 teaspoon oyster sauce (optional)
Instructions:
- Finely chop the green onion and slice the ginger.
- Chop the cabbage into small pieces.
- Slice the cooked pork into pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the pork slices until they change color.
- Add green onion and ginger, stir-fry until aromatic.
- Add a teaspoon of light soy sauce and stir well.
- Add the cabbage and stir-fry. If there's too much cabbage, add it in batches, ensuring each batch is well mixed before adding more.
- Once the cabbage releases water, season with a teaspoon of salt and a teaspoon of oyster sauce. Mix well.
- Serve hot.
