Stir-Fried Green Pepper and Eggs: A Flavorful Home-Style Dish

Ingredients:
  • 3 Green Peppers
  • 2 Eggs
  • 8g Rapeseed Oil
  • 8g Tai Tai Le Fresh Shellfish Sauce
  • 2g Tai Tai Le Chicken Essence
Instructions:
  1. Prepare the ingredients: wash and julienne the green peppers, beat the eggs.
  2. Heat a pan and add rapeseed oil.
  3. Once the oil is hot, pour in the beaten eggs and quickly stir-fry.
  4. When the eggs take shape, add the green pepper strips and continue to stir-fry quickly.
  5. Add an appropriate amount of Tai Tai Le Fresh Shellfish Sauce.
  6. Add a little Tai Tai Le Chicken Essence.
  7. Stir-fry everything quickly until evenly mixed and then remove from heat.
