Stir-Fried Green Pepper with Dried Tofu Skin

Notes

Ingredients:
  • 1 Green Pepper
  • 1 Sheet of Dried Tofu Skin
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic
  • 5g Cornstarch
  • 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Oyster Sauce
  • Sugar, to taste
  • Salt, to taste
  • Water, as needed
Instructions:
  1. Cut the dried tofu skin into thick strips and the green pepper into strips. Slice the garlic.
  2. Mix cornstarch with soy sauce.
  3. Add oyster sauce to the mixture.
  4. Combine sugar, salt, and water to the sauce mixture, stirring until even.
  5. Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  6. Add the tofu skin and green pepper, stir-frying briefly.
  7. Pour in the sauce mixture.
  8. Cook for a while until the ingredients are well combined.
  9. Reduce the sauce to the desired consistency.
  10. Taste and adjust the seasoning before serving.
