Stir-Fried Mushrooms with Vegetarian Chicken Sauce
Ingredients:
- 7 Fresh Mushrooms
- Green and Red Bell Peppers, as needed
- 1 Green Onion
- Garlic, minced, to taste
- Tai Tai Le Matsutake Flavor Fresh Chicken Sauce, as needed
- 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Light Soy Sauce
- ½ tablespoon Dark Soy Sauce
Instructions:
- Soak fresh mushrooms in water with a bit of flour for 10 minutes to remove impurities, then slice them.
- Boil water in a pot, blanch mushrooms for 2 minutes, then drain.
- Cut green and red peppers into strips, chop green onion, and mince garlic.
- Heat oil in a pan, add green onion and garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
- Add green and red pepper strips and stir-fry evenly.
- Add mushrooms and stir-fry on high heat for about 2 minutes.
- Season with light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and oyster sauce, stir-frying evenly.
- Before removing from heat, add Matsutake flavor fresh chicken sauce and stir well.
