Stir-Fried Pork Belly with Spicy Peppers
Ingredients:
- Spicy peppers (Jalapenos), 400g
- Pork belly, 100g
- Carrot, 60g
- Garlic, 15g
Instructions:
- Fry the pork belly until it's fragrant.
- Stir-fry the carrot until soft.
- Add the spicy peppers and continue to stir-fry until they soften.
- Season the dish during this stage.
- Stir everything well and it's ready to serve!
