Stir-Fried Pork Slices with Chicken Sauce and Wood Ear Mushrooms

Notes

Ingredients:
  • 200g Pork (Meitou cut)
  • Wood ear mushrooms, as needed
  • 1 Green bell pepper
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • A bit of Ginger, julienned
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Tai Tai Le chicken sauce
  • A pinch of Sugar
Instructions:
  1. Soak the wood ear mushrooms until soft, then tear them into small pieces.
  2. Slice the pork into thin strips.
  3. Cut the green pepper into segments and mince the garlic.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the pork slices.
  5. When the pork changes color, add the ginger and stir-fry.
  6. Add soy sauce and Tai Tai Le chicken sauce, and mix well.
  7. Then add the wood ear mushrooms, green pepper, and garlic, cooking until they are just done.
  8. Finally, add a pinch of sugar, stir well, and serve.
