Stir-Fried Pork Slices with Chicken Sauce and Wood Ear Mushrooms
Ingredients:
- 200g Pork (Meitou cut)
- Wood ear mushrooms, as needed
- 1 Green bell pepper
- 2 cloves Garlic
- A bit of Ginger, julienned
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons Tai Tai Le chicken sauce
- A pinch of Sugar
Instructions:
- Soak the wood ear mushrooms until soft, then tear them into small pieces.
- Slice the pork into thin strips.
- Cut the green pepper into segments and mince the garlic.
- Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the pork slices.
- When the pork changes color, add the ginger and stir-fry.
- Add soy sauce and Tai Tai Le chicken sauce, and mix well.
- Then add the wood ear mushrooms, green pepper, and garlic, cooking until they are just done.
- Finally, add a pinch of sugar, stir well, and serve.
