Stir-Fried Pork with Green Peppers
Ingredients:
- Pork (200g)
- Green peppers (5-6)
- Oyster sauce (1 tablespoon)
- Soy sauce (1 tablespoon)
- Salt (10g)
- Sugar (5g)
- Chicken powder (1/2 tablespoon)
- Cornstarch (1 tablespoon)
- Black pepper powder (1 tablespoon)
- Cooking oil (1 tablespoon)
Instructions:
- Slice the pork into thin strips and place in a bowl.
- Marinate the pork with a pinch of salt, black pepper, soy sauce, cornstarch, and cooking oil. Mix well and let it sit for 20 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, mix oyster sauce, soy sauce, salt, chicken powder, sugar, and half a bowl of water with cornstarch. Stir well and set aside.
- Fry the marinated pork strips until cooked and set aside.
- Stir-fry green pepper strips and minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add the cooked pork back into the pan and stir-fry together.
- Pour in the prepared sauce and stir-fry over high heat until everything is evenly coated.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
