Stir-Fried Pork with Green Peppers

Notes

Ingredients:
  • Pork (200g)
  • Green peppers (5-6)
  • Oyster sauce (1 tablespoon)
  • Soy sauce (1 tablespoon)
  • Salt (10g)
  • Sugar (5g)
  • Chicken powder (1/2 tablespoon)
  • Cornstarch (1 tablespoon)
  • Black pepper powder (1 tablespoon)
  • Cooking oil (1 tablespoon)
Instructions:
  1. Slice the pork into thin strips and place in a bowl.
  2. Marinate the pork with a pinch of salt, black pepper, soy sauce, cornstarch, and cooking oil. Mix well and let it sit for 20 minutes.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix oyster sauce, soy sauce, salt, chicken powder, sugar, and half a bowl of water with cornstarch. Stir well and set aside.
  4. Fry the marinated pork strips until cooked and set aside.
  5. Stir-fry green pepper strips and minced garlic until fragrant.
  6. Add the cooked pork back into the pan and stir-fry together.
  7. Pour in the prepared sauce and stir-fry over high heat until everything is evenly coated.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
