Stir-Fried Soybean Sprouts (Gan Bian Dou Ya)
Ingredients:
- Soybean Sprouts: 250g
- Dried Chili: 5g
- Green Onion: 30g
- Salt: 3g
- Sugar: 3g
- Cooking Oil: 25ml
- Star Anise: 2 pieces
- Light Soy Sauce: 15g
- Bell Pepper: 15g
- MSG: 0.1g
Instructions:
- Rinse the soybean sprouts clean.
- Chop green onions, slice ginger, mince garlic, break the star anise, and crush with the back of a knife.
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté the green onions, ginger, star anise, and dried chili until fragrant.
- Add the soybean sprouts, stir-fry until they release water, then add light soy sauce and sugar. Continue cooking without adding water until almost dry. Then add salt, MSG, garlic, and bell pepper, and stir-fry evenly.
- Ready to serve as a delicious side dish.
