Stir-Fried Soybean Sprouts (Gan Bian Dou Ya)

Ingredients:
  • Soybean Sprouts: 250g
  • Dried Chili: 5g
  • Green Onion: 30g
  • Salt: 3g
  • Sugar: 3g
  • Cooking Oil: 25ml
  • Star Anise: 2 pieces
  • Light Soy Sauce: 15g
  • Bell Pepper: 15g
  • MSG: 0.1g
Instructions:
  1. Rinse the soybean sprouts clean.
  2. Chop green onions, slice ginger, mince garlic, break the star anise, and crush with the back of a knife.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the green onions, ginger, star anise, and dried chili until fragrant.
