Stir-Fried Yam and Black Fungus
Ingredients:
- Black fungus, as needed
- Yam, as needed
- 1 Green pepper
- Several slices of Carrot
- Cooking oil, as needed
- 5 grams of Salt
- 1 tablespoon Chicken essence
Instructions:
- Soak the black fungus and then chop it, along with the yam, green pepper, and carrot.
- Bring a pot of water to a boil.
- Blanch the black fungus, yam, and carrot in the boiling water for one minute, then remove and drain.
- Heat oil in a wok.
- Add garlic to the hot oil until fragrant.
- Add the blanched ingredients to the wok.
- Turn the heat to high and stir-fry the ingredients evenly.
- Continue stir-frying.
- Keep stir-frying.
- Season with salt and chicken essence.
- Continue to stir-fry until everything is well combined and cooked through.
- Remove from heat and serve.
