Sweet and Sour Ribs
Ingredients:
- 2 Ribs
- A small amount of Green Onion
- A small amount of Ginger
- 2 cloves of Garlic
- 2 tablespoons of Salt
- 10 pieces of Rock Sugar
- 1 bowl of Starch Water
Instructions:
- Blanch the ribs in boiling water and then remove.
- Stir-fry the ribs in a pan.
- Add a bowl of starch water to the pan.
- Use high heat to thicken the sauce.
- Remove from heat and serve.
