Sweet and Sour Ribs

Notes

Ingredients:
  • 2 Ribs
  • A small amount of Green Onion
  • A small amount of Ginger
  • 2 cloves of Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of Salt
  • 10 pieces of Rock Sugar
  • 1 bowl of Starch Water
Instructions:
  1. Blanch the ribs in boiling water and then remove.
  2. Stir-fry the ribs in a pan.
  3. Add a bowl of starch water to the pan.
  4. Use high heat to thicken the sauce.
  5. Remove from heat and serve.
