Tender and Juicy Ribs: A Classic Home-Style Recipe

Ingredients:
  • Pork ribs: 500g
  • Soy sauce: 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic: 2-3 cloves
  • Salt: 1 teaspoon
  • Ginger, shredded: to taste
  • Cornstarch: 3 tablespoons
  • Chili: 1
  • Cooking oil: as needed
  • Green onions and ginger slices: for initial preparation
  • Oyster sauce: to taste
  • Tomato, chopped: for base
Instructions:
  1. Wash the ribs and place them in a bowl with green onion segments and ginger slices.
  2. Mix the ribs with cornstarch, soy sauce, and oyster sauce until evenly coated.
  3. Add a little oil to the mixture to lock in moisture and marinate for 30 minutes.
  4. Prepare a bowl with a base of chopped tomatoes, mixed with a little oil and salt.
  5. Place the marinated ribs on top of the tomato base.
  6. Cook until the ribs are fragrant, flavorful, and the meat is tender.
