Tender Canadian Arctic Shrimp and Egg with Potato Chips

Ingredients:
  • 250g Canadian Arctic shrimp
  • 3 eggs
  • 10 potato chips
  • 30g green onion leaves
  • Salt, to taste
  • 20g cooking wine
  • 15g white pepper
  • 50g cooking oil
Instructions:
  1. Thaw the Canadian Arctic shrimp, which are caught from the cold, pristine waters of the North Atlantic and Arctic Oceans. They are suitable for various cooking methods.
  2. Peel the shrimp, remove the veins, and marinate with a little salt, cooking wine, and white pepper powder for 10 minutes.
  3. Chop the green onion leaves. Beat the eggs and season with salt.
  4. Heat a pan over high heat, add oil, and then pour in the egg mixture. When the egg is half-set, add the shrimp and stir-fry quickly until evenly cooked. Turn off the heat and mix in the green onions.
  5. Place the shrimp and egg mixture on top of the potato chips.
  6. Arrange on a plate and serve.
