Tender Canadian Arctic Shrimp and Egg with Potato Chips
Ingredients:
- 250g Canadian Arctic shrimp
- 3 eggs
- 10 potato chips
- 30g green onion leaves
- Salt, to taste
- 20g cooking wine
- 15g white pepper
- 50g cooking oil
Instructions:
- Thaw the Canadian Arctic shrimp, which are caught from the cold, pristine waters of the North Atlantic and Arctic Oceans. They are suitable for various cooking methods.
- Peel the shrimp, remove the veins, and marinate with a little salt, cooking wine, and white pepper powder for 10 minutes.
- Chop the green onion leaves. Beat the eggs and season with salt.
- Heat a pan over high heat, add oil, and then pour in the egg mixture. When the egg is half-set, add the shrimp and stir-fry quickly until evenly cooked. Turn off the heat and mix in the green onions.
- Place the shrimp and egg mixture on top of the potato chips.
- Arrange on a plate and serve.
